Aliwan Fiesta 2008

The Aliwan Fiesta is an annual celebration of regional cultures in the Philippines. Dozens of provinces and regions send in their dance groups or tirbes to Metro Manila every summer to compete against each other for the top prize. Cebu’s Sinulog and Iloilo’s Dinagyang always battle it out the championships.
